PURPOSE: A method of a consumer to consumer advertisement based on a mail is provided to transfer an advertisement between consumers and enable an advertiser to know the number of advertisement transfer and by what group the advertisement is preferred. CONSTITUTION: A person who wants to deliver a mail logs in a server, and it is determined whether the deliverer is registered. In the affirmative, a web mail server configures a web page. The client on the deliverer side selects a general mail menu or a commercial mail menu. If the commercial mail menu is selected, an advertisement data is searched from an advertisement DB(13) and the advertisement is provided to the web page. The advertisement data selected by the deliverer is drawn out of the advertisement DB(13). The drawn advertisement data is combined with a mail form. An information inputted in the mail form by the deliverer is stored in a transmitted information DB(15). A file formed by combining the advertisement data with the mail is transmitted to a client on a receiver side. After the transmission is completed, the number of the pertinent advertisement data selected is increased by one. A predetermined milage is accumulated in a member DB(11). A report page representing the transmitted information and the number of advertisement transmitted is configured.
