PURPOSE: A cutting apparatus is provided to make the use convenient, to perform various cutting functions, and to be economical by offering compatibility. CONSTITUTION: A cutting apparatus comprises: a length-adjustable and foldable connecting member(100); an adapter(200) having a void at the upper end of the connecting member; a cutting member(300) having a pair of scissors(310,320); a driving member widening the scissors using a pneumatic pump(P) and an air supply hose(410). Upon operating the pneumatic pump, air is supplied through the air supply hose and air is jetted toward handles(312,322) of the scissors through a nozzle(420). Then, a force pushing out the handles is applied and the scissors are rotated by the force. Blades(311,321) of the scissors interlock inwardly and cutting work is performed. After cutting, the blades are widened by a spring(330) upon stopping air supply. Therefore, cutting work is performed easily.
