PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable oxygen generator capable of stably supplying oxygen for a long period and which is easily manufactured. SOLUTION: The generator has a vessel main body 1, which has a discharge port 7 for releasing generated oxygen, houses a mixing liquid in a liquid chamber 9 and a mixing base agent generating oxygen by being mixed with the mixing liquid in a base agent chamber 11 arranged in the lower side of the liquid chamber 9 and has a partition wall partitioning the liquid chamber 9 and the base agent chamber 11 to communicate with each other, and a inner bag 20, which has an opening part 22, is formed to substantially close a part 23 opposed to the liquid chamber and has 4 an inner bag 20 housing at least a part of the mixing base agent and housed in the base agent chamber 11.
