PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press forming die and a forming method of an outer peripheral bead reducing a number of processes and preventing generation of a crack in the case of forming a product having a bead on the outer periphery of a press forming die and a forming method of the outer peripheral bead. SOLUTION: The method consists of a first process to press form a deep drawing part 11, a second process to draw a lower outer periphery of the deep drawing part 11 into a two stepped shape and a third process to press the drawing part 11 into a section formed with the two stepped shape so as to form a bead 12 to the lower outer periphery of the deep drawing part 11 by using the excess stock generated in pressing.
