PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an ottoman provided on the front end side of a seat cushion be independent of a seat and to tilt the seat at the time of unfolding the ottoman. SOLUTION: An ottoman main body 10 is housed in the front end part of the seat cushion 2 in an almost vertical state. To an attaching member 6o for the ottoman formed on a seat sliding mechanism 6, a linear driving mechanism 22 for constituting an unfolding mechanism and a supporting frame 12 for supporting the sliding frame 14 of the ottoman main body 10 are attached. The ottoman main body 10 is guided so as to be an almost horizontal state while being moved forwards by a first linking mechanism 9 at the time of being unfolded and a second linking mechanism 28 is driven by the linear driving mechanism 22. Between the turning link 9B of the first linking mechanism 9 and a seat cushion frame, a seat tilting mechanism 35 constituted of a first link 36, a connection rod 37, a second link 38 and a supporting bracket 39 is disposed.
