PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shoes which are optimum for walking on a road surface, such as a snow-covered road, on which one's feet are unsteady. SOLUTION: When the length up to a toe is set at 10% on the basis of a heel, a centroid G is set in a range of <=40% from the heel and therefore a user is harder to stumble than heretofore and is easier to walk on the snow-covered road surface, etc. There is substantially no need for strong kick back of the feet on a rear side and there is substantially no need for standing firm with the feet on the front side and therefore the shoes are optimum for walking of the aged persons, etc., having the weak strength of their feet.
