PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee bean roasting device having excellent user- friendliness capable of carrying out processes from roasting to cooling in a short time. SOLUTION: This coffee bean roasting device is separately constituted of a roasting part for roasting raw coffee beans and a cooling part for cooling the coffee beans after completion of the roasting. The coffee beans after the roasting are cooled in a short time without being affected by heat from the roasting part. A case for receiving chaff spilt from the cooling part is detachably attached to a main body and the coffee beans can be separated from the chaff.
