PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure for fixing a marine life, capable of effectively collecting microorganisms and small organisms to be a starting point of a food cycle and hardly being affected by ocean waves in the sea to be exposed to severe waves. SOLUTION: This structure for fixing a marine life is characterized in that plural braids (3) made of carbon fiber are fixed to a substrate (5) approximately at equal intervals, the tops (3a) of the braids are mutually bundled at the top of the substrate, the bottoms (3b) of the braids are mutually bundled at the bottom of the substrate and the whole obtained formed structure is maintained in an approximately spindle shape in the sea.
