METHOD FOR SELECTING OPTIMUM FREQUENCY UNDER DUCTING-TYPE FADING ENVIRONMENT

PURPOSE: A method for selecting the optimum frequency under a ducting-type fading environment is provided to minimize an interferential effect by carrying out frequency allocation by regions and base stations after measuring and analyzing effects for a ducting-type fading and an interference all over the frequency bands of a TRS(Trunked Radio System) before a network is constructed. CONSTITUTION: In the frequency hopping system between a mobile station and a base station, a method for selecting the optimum frequency under a ducting-type fading environment comprises a step that measures the noise floor of a previous channel frequency allocated previously, a step that selects all minimum channels, and a step that makes a frequency in service not overlapped with a time slot. Also the method is characterized in that the optimum frequency set is used.
