PURPOSE: A public prize competition information service system utilizing portable telephone set, portable information terminal device and computer terminal device is provided to enable a user to apply for the public prize competition by registering the basic information on the user and performing the online collation processing by means of the basic information on the user to permit the user to access plural types of public prize competition information on the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A system provider who is asked from a sponsor corporate, etc., about supply of the public prize competition information opens this information on the Internet after arranging and processing the information so as to be accessed via various types of terminal devices. Meanwhile, a user who registered his/her basic information properly accesses the public prize competition information and also performs an application procedure via his/her own terminal device on the Internet. At the same time, the relative information attendant on supply of the public prize competition information, the questionnaires, the advertisements shown to users via the electronic mails, etc., are distributed and then these answers are supplied to the sponsor corporate to improve the convenience.
