PURPOSE:To easily discriminate the subject of preventing forgery and to improve discriminating ability based upon the accumulation of discriminating experience. CONSTITUTION:An original image including a symbol showing forgery prevension is read out and image data corresponding to the original image are inputted. A neural network 4 detects the symbol from the inputted image data. A CPU 5 recognizes the contents of the symbol, and when a recognized result is copy inhibition, e.g. inhibits the copying operation of an external printer device 11 and simultaneously commands an alarm device 9 to generate an alarm. |
