PURPOSE: A system and a method for supporting a lending of a financial institution are provided to enable a loan applicant to receive as a profitable condition and to enhance a business effect of a financial institution. CONSTITUTION: A main controller(46) includes a ROM, a RAM, a CPU, and buses therebetween. Also, the main controller(46) controls operations of a communicating unit(48), a user interface(40), a recorder(50), and a password processor(42). An operating system(44) provides a foundation capable of using a hardware and software resources of a lending supporting system(20). The communicating unit(48) may communicate with an external network interface(70) using the TCP/IP protocol etc. The password processor(42) is provided for reducing a processing amount of the main controller(46) in case that a cryptogram is used for maintaining a security and performing a communication with financial institution servers(30,32,34) or applicant computers(22,24,26). A recorder(50) of the lending supporting system(20) is a hard disk and includes a user database(52), a financial institution database(55), a password key database(56), a judicial affairs document database(57), an applicant details database(58), a noticed contents database(60), a bid details database(62), and a closing details database(64).
