PURPOSE: A mobile phone having an additional function concerning a battery is provided to be capable of extending the operation available time of its phone function. CONSTITUTION: A voltage at a positive terminal of a secondary battery is monitored, whether or not the monitored voltage is a threshold voltage or below is discriminated(S300). When the monitored voltage is the threshold voltage or below, the processing proceeds to a step 310, where whether or not a music function is in operation is discriminated(S310). When the music function is in operation, a voice processing section superimposes a music function limit warning signal on a music signal and outputs the superimposed signal to an earphone(S320). Thus, the earphone outputs a music function limit warning tone superimposed on music. Then an output of the music signal from the voice processing section to the earphone is stopped(S330). |
