PURPOSE: To provide a thin and small electric connector which is available to be used inside of a mobile information apparatus which is equipped with a locking means capable to lock and fix the contact in the housing, wherein the contact can be surely locked. CONSTITUTION: The housing receiving the contact 4 is made to have a dividing structure consisting of the first member 3 and the second member 2. In other words, housings 2, 3 with at least two passages 21 receiving the contact 4, the contact 4 inserted into the passages 21, a locking means consisted of a pair of locking parts 31, 41 mounted in both of the contact 4 and the housings 2, 3 are included, and the housings 2, 3 are constituted by the first member 3 forming an entrance side of the passages 21 and possessing the locking part 31, and the second member 1 forming a deep side of the passages 21 and covering the locking part 31, and retaining the contact 4, and both members are integrated in insertion state.
