foundry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of repair of copper articles, such as crystallizers, used in continuous metal casting and can be used in manufacture of crystallizers. Prior to surfacing, article is heated to 250-450 C. Then refractory - wear resistant coating is applied to article surface by plasma-jet surfacing method.
