SUBSTANCE: sewage is treated in stationary electric field of diaphragm electrolyzer in anode and/or cathode chambers with achievement of oxidation-reduction potential across outlet from anode chamber from + 1000 to + 1200 mV and across outlet from cathode chamber of electrolyzer from - 600 to 800 mV. Voltage of flow electrolyser is 20.0-25.0 V and strength of current amounts to 7.0-8.0 A and for electrolyser of periodic action voltage is 40.0- 50.0 V and strength of current is 5.0-6.0 A.
