SUBSTANCE: apparatus has autoclave 1, pressure reducer 2, settler 3, heat-exchangers 8, 9, 10, 21, jet pump 11, bubbler-type filter 12, samplers 14, 15, 16 with three-way valves 17. Settler 3 is made hermetically sealed. Heat-exchangers 8, 9 and 10 are arranged in the vicinity of settler 3. Jet pump 11 and bubbler-type filter 12 are incorporated into ventilation system to eliminate contamination of air in working zone and reduce outbursts of hazardous substances into atmosphere.
