PROCEDURE DETERMINING COEFFICIENT OF NORMAL RIGIDITY OF ELASTOPLASTIC CONTACT OF PART AND INDENTER

measurement technology, determination of contact rigidity. SUBSTANCE: surfaces of part and cylindrical indenter are pressed one against another with specified force P normal to plane of joint. Plastic hardness HD on surface of part is found and used to compute half width of platform of elastoplastic contact of part and indenter. Then residual h and elastic alphae parts of total approach in contact are determined in points of longitudinal symmetry axis of given platform and normal rigidity of elastoplastic contact of part and indenter is found by formula j=P/alpha. Given invention makes it feasible to take into account significant parameters of contact interaction in complex while determining coefficient of normal rigidity of elastoplastic contact of part and indenter and consequently to raise accuracy of its determination. EFFECT: raised accuracy of determination of coefficient of normal rigidity of elastoplastic contact of part and indenter. 2 tbl
