SUBSTANCE: gear includes vacuum chamber 1 housing source 2 of charged particles, insulators 55, separator 6, collectors 9 and 10 coming in the form of pockets. Source 2 of charged particles has ionization chamber 3 and electrodes 4 forming pulling voltage. Separator 6 is manufactured in the form of bell mouths 7 and 8 narrowing along arcs of orbits of charged particles. Bell mouths 7 and 8 are installed with matching in wide parts, with reduction of their cross- sections from point of matching towards opposite ends and with formation of gap between their side surfaces. Bell mouths 7 and 8 are provided with slits arranged along their side surfaces. Source 2 of charged particles is placed in area of match of bell mouths 7 and 8 arranged asymmetrically. Collectors 9 and 10 are located in area of largest gap between side surfaces of bell mouths 7 and 8. Electrode 11 is installed in area of matching of bell mouths 7 and 8 and electrodes 12, 13 and 14 are placed in opposition to area of matching of bell mouths 7 and 8.
