Composition has effective amount of tramadol hydrochloride and indicated special additions. Special additions are taken in the following amount, % of tramadol hydrochloride dose: calcium phosphate dihydrate, 27.9-34.1; lactose or microcrystalline cellulose, 160.3-195.9; magnesium stearate and/or calcium stearate, 0.8-1.1; aerosil, 0-5.5. Invention ensures to obtain medicinal form of tramadol in the form of capsules. Composition exhibits uniformity, improved destruction and solubility corresponding to standard requirements.
