PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building having a large opening formed astride an adjacent building unit even when the unit building has a double roof. SOLUTION: In the unit building 1 in which at least two inclined building units 10 with at least a part of an upper surface portion being inclined portions 14 downwardly inclined from other portions, the inclined portions 14 are arranged continuously, the inclined building units 10, 10 are arranged adjacent to each other, and the double roof is formed on the inclined portions 14, an area having no wall is provided on a side of the inclined building unit 10 located on a lowest end of the inclined portions 14, and a stretching wall panel 30 fabricated at site is provided astride the area having no wall.
