PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder pad capable of easily adjusting its thickness by a simple work. SOLUTION: This pad comprises a bag body 2 having an openable/closeable opening part 4, and plural pad core materials 3 to be freely put into the bag body 2 or taken out therefrom; wherein the inner side of the bag body 2 is vertically divided into plural layers so as to individually hold the plural pad core materials 3, and the thickness of each of the materials 3 is varied.
