PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid malfunction caused by a leaked electromagnetic wave inside an information terminal provided with both a PDA function and a telephone function. SOLUTION: Concerning an information terminal 100, which is provided with a keyboard function and a display 150 located on the surface of a casing, for operating the PDA function and the telephone function by means of this keyboard, this terminal is provided with a switch 147 electrically or mechanically connected for providing the keyboard function, a circuit board 140, on which electronic components for providing the PDA function are packaged, a shield case 160 for electromagnetically shielding the electronic components while accommodating the electronic components, and a circuit board 130, on which electronic components for providing the telephone function are packaged, provided parallel with the circuit board 140 through the shield case 160.
