PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional shape processing method which facilitates the operation to correct a shape by using a process history. SOLUTION: For example, a processing object of a process ID 2 is taken out of the process history during a thickening process of the process ID 2, an ID 1 in characters representing the processing object is taken out, and since the ID 1 is not found in a reexecution history, a thickening process wherein an object generated by the ID 1 is regarded as a processing object is carried out (S5); and since the process is a reexecution process, so the ID 2 as the original process ID of the process is stored as reexecution history information while made to correspond to a process ID 5 showing a shape deforming process itself having been executed (S5). Further, a process of an ID 6 is performed (S6) and when the reeexecution of a hollowing process of an ID 3 is designated, the processing object of the ID 3 is taken out of the process history; and the ID 2 is taken out of a character string representing the processing object and the ID 2 is stored as the process ID that the ID 5 has reexecuted, so the processing object is changed from a one generated from the ID 2 to a one generated by the ID 5 and a hollowing process is performed (S7).
