PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform reception processing of a packet in network environment, in which the packets of mutually different protocols arrive coexisting. SOLUTION: This packet reception processing system is provided with a packet replacing means for replacing received packets arriving from an external network with the value of the specific field of packet data, a replaced received data queue for storing the packets replaced by the packet replacing means and a protocol processing means, provided with a storing means for storing data structure used for packet processing.
