By focusing the light outputted from the individual LED chips 101a, 101b,... in the orthogonal direction of the longitudinal direction of the light source and radiating it to the detector without focusing it in the longitudinal direction of the light source, a plurality of pixels are simultaneously exposed with the light from individual light emitting points.
