The violin has a fingerboard (10) made from a light wood covered with a layer of carbon fibre. The body of the instrument is made from a carbon fibre section (1) for the shell and an spruce wood section (8) for the harmony table, glued together. The shell has a convex outer surface and an additional inner weight (4) close to its core (7). The harmony table is designed to be easily replaced in the event of excessive wear.
