PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure and reduce the size of an ultrasonic driver and to enhance the support structure of a piezoelectric vibrator for preventing variations in a moving body in the moving direction. SOLUTION: In an ultrasonic driver comprising a periodical vibration member which periodically vibrates while impressing a high-frequency voltage and a moving body which is driven with the periodical vibration of the periodical vibration member, a node support and pressing member for supporting the vibration node of the periodical vibration member and giving pressure to cause the periodical vibration member and movable body or an engagement to join and a support member which is engaged with the vibration node of the periodical vibration member, to enhance the engagement strength with the periodical vibration member are provided further. Moreover, the movable body is provided with a guide member for guiding the moving direction and is also provided with a movable regulation member, which regulates the moving direction of the movable body in combination with the guide member. |
