PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card of which cost can be reduced and also having improved reliability. SOLUTION: Each of card substrates 20 and 22 into which a semiconductor chip 30 and a conductor pattern 40 are built contains a capacitor 50 which consists of an insulator 54 held between 1st and 2nd conductors 52 and 56 and is connected to the pattern 40. Then a resonance circuit consists of inductance of the pattern 40 and electrostatic capacity of the capacitor 50.
