摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet showing characteristics satisfying Br>=0.5T and HcJ>=400 kA/m and also showing a rectangular hysteresis loop characteristic of demagnetizing curve in which a demagnetizing field Hk/, where magnetization is lower by 10% than Br, takes a value of >=50 kA/m. SOLUTION: The iron-based alloy magnet, which has a structure where fine crystal grains having R2Fe14B type crystal structure exist in an Nb- containing amorphous phase, is manufactured by means of a liquisol quenching step and a crystallization heat treatment step. The average grain size of the fine crystal grains is controlled to 1-50 nm.
