PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-sensor array to be satisfactorily driven so that the delay of a signal can be suppressed and the reading device of a two-dimensional picture. SOLUTION: A photo-sensor array is provided with source/drain electrodes 12a, 12b, and 13 specifying the channel length and channel width of a channel area formed in each semiconductor layer 11a and 11b, a top gate electrode 21 formed at the upper part of the semiconductor layers 11a and 11b, and a bottom gate electrode 22 formed at the lower part of the semiconductor layers 11a and 11b. Therefore, the photo-sensor arrays are regularly arranged on a common substrate 19 so that top gate lines 101 and bottom gate lines 102 can be prevented from being flatly overlapped.
