PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technical device for generating the power by utilizing the wind as the natural resource for solving a serious problem on the energy circumstance caused by the living necessity, and the environmental pollution as a result of living. SOLUTION: The fluid thrust of the air is surely converted into high torque by a rotary impeller, that is, a structural body where a number of buckets are formed by vertically stacking plural blade bodies 6 composed of plural blades having the shape of a blade on the basis of a resultant sine curve, and a one-dimensional significant width, and a disc of a desired diameter. An outer periphery of the impeller is divided into four, upwind and downwind sides are opened, the other two sides are used as a casing. The opened parts have plural wind guide plates 17, and provided with the specifications of an inlet and an outlet to be opened and closed, the thrust is increased by capturing the wind and accelerating the compression at the inlet, and increasing the fluid thrust of the wind by the specification capable of increasing the muffler effect at the outlet. The power is generated by obtaining high torque by both mechanisms. |
