PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device to be used in a transmitter-receiver or a wireless system capable of carrying out analog mode operation by using a common phase (I) and an orthogonal (Q) value. SOLUTION: In the case of operation in the analog mode, the device is provided with a processor for receiving a pair of digital I and Q related with an audio or data signal, carrying out FM demodulation and generating information contents related with the audio or data signal. In the case of receiving data in the analog mode, data takes a specific format. In order to decode data, a processor recognizes each bit to five-times of repeating of a radio link word(RLW), generates confidence related to each bit and stores it. The confidence is based, on which of 1 or 0 the waveform aproximates and its signal intensity. When the noise of the waveform is comparatively small and the RF signal intensity is comparatively large, the processor assigns a larger weight by judging whether the waveform assigns 1 or 0.
