PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key panel formed of a flake printed wiring material eliminating the need for arranging a flake switch material in a useless area and its production. SOLUTION: The key panel comprises a key pad (413) having a number of key sites (425) for defining the aspect ratio of the key pad (413) and a number of switch contact sites (424) for defining the aspect ratio of the flake printed wiring material (412) having the aspect ratio greater than that of the key pad (413), arranged adjacent to the key pad (413), the printed wiring material (412) having at least one bent portion (430) so formed that each of the switch contact sites (424) provided on the printed wiring material (412) is approximately aligned to corresponding to one Ee of the key sites (425) provided on the key pad (413). Its production is also provided.
