PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a capacity larger and efficiently recording and reproducing operation possible. SOLUTION: A PCA 11, PMA 12, lead-in area 13, plural logic tracks 14a, 14b and 14c and lead-out area are set as recording regions of CD-R. Pregaps 17 are set at the top positions of program regions 16 in the respective logic tracks 14. The pregaps 17 are formed at prescribed frame lengths without depending on the data structure of the other logic tracks.
