PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delete useless code generation at compiling. SOLUTION: At the time of compiling, a generated intermediate word is preserved and at the next compiling, the preserved intermediate word is compared with an intermediate word generated this time. When the intermediate words are identical, code generation is omitted and an object code generated the last time is utilized. Even when the intermediate words are different, it is investigated whether code re-generation can be dispensed with as well and when the code generation can be dispensed with, code generating processing is omitted.
