PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airtight structure of a floor panel joining part allowing simple construction and reducing cost. SOLUTION: In this airtight structure of a joining part 2 of a floor panel 1 consisting of floor panel main bodies 3 arranged mutually in adjacent to each other in a floor part of a building and a face member 4 attached to an upper face 3a of the floor panel main body 3, a joint of the face member is shifted side ways by a predetermined dimension from an upper position of the joining part of the floor panel main body.
