PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optoelectronic device where adhesive agent is supplied easily. SOLUTION: This optoelectronic device is provided with an optoelectronic element 105, a mounting part 107, a frame body 100 for surrounding the periphery of the mounting part 107, and an optical component 101. The optical component 101 is mounted on an optical component mounting part 109, the frame body 100 is provided with a pair of first side walls 201a, 201b and a pair of second side walls 203a, 203b, and the second side walls 203a, 203b have notched parts 205a, 205b and protruding parts 207a, 207b. The optical component 101 is arranged between protruding parts 207a, 207b and fixed by adhesive agent with which notched parts 205a, 205b are filled. |
