PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Internet card and the business model for making a connection charge to a provider and the distribution charges of the various kinds of information free by finishing a series of work for starting the Internet starting from a contract with the provider just by one operation so as to enable anyone to easily connect the Internet. SOLUTION: A series of the work for connecting the Internet is written to one card by a means readable by a computer such as a magnetic or IC chip or memory. Then, the reader of the card is attached to information terminal equipment. When the card is utilized, since a specified portal site and a homepage written in the card appear on a display device, by distributing commercials to the portal site and the homepage or distributing the commercials to the change point of a scene by adopting a means for recognizing the change point of the scene of images or video images and collecting the commercial charges, a provider charge and the distribution charges of the various kinds of the information are made free. |
