PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical data bus with which two-way communications between circuit board facing each other across the optical data bus and interadjacent communication between adjacent circuit boards are simultaneously performed and also the number of communication simultaneously performed without raising multiplicity is increased. SOLUTION: The optical data bus 10 is composed of a light transmission layer 12, a light diffusing part 14 ad a selective reflecting filter 16 and the circuit boards 18A-18H are connected to the optical data bus. The selective reflecting filter 16 is composed of a polarization beam splitter having a polarization reflecting surface which reflects p polarized signal light. S polarized signal light 24A outputted from the circuit board 18B transmits the selective reflecting filter 16 and is received by a light receiving element 22 on the facing circuit board 18F. P polarized signal light 24B outputted from the circuit boards 18C is reflected by the selective reflecting filter 16, and is received by the light receiving element 22 on the adjacent circuit board 18D. |
