PURPOSE: A system for an electronic commercial transaction having an E-mail address searching function and a method thereof are provided to search an E-mail directory and to order delivery of commodity. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of affiliated stores(110) may be joined in accordance with commodities being dealt according to areas of a predetermined city. A server(100) manages an electronic commercial transaction system having an E-mail address search function. The server(100) may transmit an E-mail or respond automatically with respect to the affiliated stores(110) and may be connected through a network(150). A member database(160) stores information as a name, a telephone number, an age, an E-mail, an address, an ID, a password, an occupation, a taste, and an association of like-minded persons. A commodity database(170) stores information as a commodity code, a name of an article, a price, and the corresponding store. An affiliated store database(180) stores information as a place of a store, a firm name, a representative, a telephone number, and an address. Members(130,140) or non-members(120) connects to a server(100) by a computer. The computer of the members(130,140) or non-members(120) is connected between remote places through a network.
