Cryptographic method based on elliptic curves, use simultaneous generation of random variable and scalar multiplication process to speed encryption and decryption

The cryptographic method is based on use of a public key algorithm on abnormal binary elliptic curves (Koblitz curve). A point P(x,y) is selected, and pairs (ki,Pi) are stored with Pi, which is the point corresponding to scalar multiplication of the P by ki. The value of k is a random variable. Generation of the random variable and scalar multiplication are performed simultaneously.
