<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly cope with individual consultation of a user to provide a business diagnosis certificate mainly consists of documents, where concrete remedies of management are entered in accordance with consultation contents, as his personal materials, to enable the user to obtain a diagnosis result of high reliability at a low price in real time, and to enable the user to utilize concrete remedies of management as the diagnosis result for radical reforming of business or development of competitive power as they are. SOLUTION: When business consultation is requested from a consulting client terminal 2, a server computer 1 transmits question contents of plural items to the request source; and when an answer document where answers to individual items of this question are described is transmitted from the user in response to this transmission, the server computer 1 performs business diagnosis on the basis of entered contents of this answer document. Document information to propose concrete remedies of management is extracted in accordance with this diagnosis result, and the business diagnosis certificate is generated based on this document information and is transmitted to the consulting client terminal 2.</p> |
