PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosstalk cancellation circuit capable of restricting crosstalk noises of a wiring in a large-scale integrated circuit (LSI). SOLUTION: A crosstalk cancellation circuit 19 has input ends T 11, T21; wirings 101 to 103, 201 to 203; inversion circuits 11, 12, 21, 22; and output ends T19, T29. The wirings 101 to 103 and the wirings 201 to 203 are disposed in parallel to each other. The inversion circuits 11, 12 are connected in series to each other by the wirings 101 to 103. The inversion circuits 11, 12 are connected in series to each other by the wirings 201 to 203. The inversion circuits 11, 12, 21, 22 are alternately disposed in the wiring direction in which the wirings 101 to 103, 201 to 203 extend. |
