PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent omission of viewing in-house TV with an important theme. SOLUTION: Reservation management PC 11 registers pieces of reservation information 114 of TV programs by every object personal computer. A reservation informing means 122 of a TV viewing PC 12 reads the reservation information of TV programs via a network and displays it on a display device 124 when the PC is started. A TV broadcasting means 123 selects a channel included in the reservation information of TV program and broadcasts it on TV at starting time included in the reservation information of TV program when a confirmation key is depressed.
