PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate such a case that unable to obtain characteristic object information required for classifying targets by fluctuation of reflected signals from the targets and the positional relationship between a radar device and the targets in an image equivalent to one synthetic aperture time in the radar device for classifying the targets by outputting target images. SOLUTION: A means is provided for adding and storing the target images of plural synthetic aperture time in respective picture elements units so as to obtain the radar device capable of including the characteristic object information required for classifying the targets in the target images and capable of improving accuracy of classifying the targets.
