PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the physical properties of a fan material from being deteriorated at the time of recycling by increasing the strength of a fan of hollow vane structure so as to eliminate the mixing of reinforcing materials such as glass fiber into a molding material. SOLUTION: A fan blade 1 comprises a blade body 3 having a recessed part 4 formed therein and a cover member 5 covering the recessed part 4. The hub side connection edge part 10 of the cover member 5 is connected integrally with a hub 2 at a position apart axially a specified distance from the base part 3d of the blade body 3. Thus, the strength of the connection part between the hub 2 and the blade 1 is increased.
