PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trouble detecting mechanism by which an operator can easily discriminate that a photosensitive material being handled is an originally unexposed print and easily decide the cause of trouble when the trouble is caused, and to provide a photographic processing device equipped with the same. SOLUTION: This trouble detecting mechanism is equipped with a decision mechanism 26a deciding whether image data for forming a photographic print has been transferred to a printing head side in the case of forming the photographic print by exposing a photosensitive material to form an image or in the case of transporting the photosensitive material. The photographic processing device is equipped with the trouble detecting mechanism.
