PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for improving the working efficiency in a concrete side drain installation work. SOLUTION: A pair of L-shaped forms 6A and 6B are formed of metal members with high straightness, and connected to each other parallel to each other by joining connection plates 9A and 9B by bolts and nuts, four rotary shafts having a female thread are fixed to level adjusters 7A and 7B, 8A and 8B having a male thread for adjusting the height in the vicinity of ends of the L-shaped forms, and the height of each member can be adjusted by turning each handle thereof. Leveling string gage plates 10A and 10B are fitted to one of the L-shaped forms, and a long hole is opened in an upper portion so that the height of the leveling string gage bolts 11A and 11B can be adjusted by butterfly nuts 12A and 12B.
