PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure preventing an air layer from being shut in a space under a floor and having excellent floor impact sound shutting-off performance. SOLUTION: In a partitioning structure rising from a floor foundation bed 1 to partition a floor surface of a floor structure provided with a floor member 13 on a floor substrate panel 11 supported by a support leg 10 in such a way that it is at a predetermined height from the floor foundation bed 1 such as a concrete slab, a board 23 is attached between a plurality of furring strips 22 erected at a predetermined interval on the floor foundation bed 1 to constitute a partitioning wall 20, a baseboard 14 is attached to the board 23 so as to block a clearance between the board 23 of the partitioning wall 20 and an end part of the floor member 13, a plurality of spacers 30 having a height below the floor surface are arranged at a predetermined interval on the floor foundation bed 1 along the longitudinal direction of the partitioning wall 20, and adjacent spaces under floor A, B of the floor structure partitioned by the partitioning wall 20 are mutually communicated by bringing a lower end of the board 23 into contact with them on these spacers 30.
